partial to martial . . .

partial to martial arts . . . belts, that is.  (obvi).  the martial arts tie belt was HUGE on the runways last september, which makes it a solid score for spring. . . with all the winter sales going on, this is the perfect time to grab a soon-to-be essential at a discounted price.  this great linen tie belt by isabel marant is a steal.  and this one in belting leather, is a major score.  the louis vuitton tie the knot belt is sold out everywhere, but there are several knock offs that can get you where you need to be, including this one from topshop and this one from b-low the belt.

below, i have hooked you up with some runway looks and some pics of the tie belt to help you take it to the streets.  enjoy!

p.s. stay tuned for my up-coming post on the obi belt (my personal fave for spring).  fyi – 2015 is shaping up to be the year of the belt.  (if you were thinking it is the year of the sheep, you are wrong).
