Keeping the Girls in Check

So my love of fitness is well known. In fact if I miss a day at the Y, I’ve been told they have thought about sending out a search party because my workout at the Y is like death and taxes (always is going to happen) Lately I have been trying to update my sports bra collection. You would think that someone who spends her first waking moments exercising would have no problem in this department. But the truth is I do. I have a hard time spending a lot of money on a sports bra. Also, what is with the padding? After I exercise, I want to be able to throw my sports bra in the wash without worrying if I’m going to lose a boob in the process. Finally I need support. There is nothing worse than running and worrying about if the girls are going to come loose.

In other words, I’m very picky. My recent favorites have been the sports bra from Victoria’s Secrets and Target. Yes Target, they sell the Champion brand which I would hold up to Lululemon and Athleta any day at a fraction of the cost. (I’ve actually posted one Athlete sports bra because it is currently on sale. You can find it in Shop the Latest) But I would love to know your favorites and if I’m crazy for having these rules for sports bras.

I know with the New Year, a lot of you have added fitness goals to your “aspirations” so this a great time to stock up on your fitness items. Plus Target is having a huge sale on their Champion bras. You can find them here for about $10.50 per bra. One hint, go up a size. These bras are called “Power Core Compression” with the key term compression. We want support but for goodness sakes the girls need a breather.
